Shea F. Stevens DMD, FICOI
"Best of Lancaster Dentists 2011"
Dr. Shea F. Stevens specializes in Lancaster PA family dentistry and cosmetic dentistry and was recently named one of PA’s top 20 dentists. He resides in wonderful Lancaster with his beautiful wife Aileen, adorable little baby girl Rowan, little baby boy Colton and their two playful dogs named Bubba and Jada. Dr. Stevens attended undergraduate school at West Chester University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude, and was also a member of the National Honor Society. He was even a four-year varsity soccer player for the West Chest University Rams. From his earliest college days, Dr. Stevens can remember dreaming about being the #1 provider of Lancaster PA dental services to the community he grew up in, and so he diligently went through college pursuing his passion.

Dr. Stevens went on to receive his degree in Dental Medicine from Temple University, where he carefully learned how he would make Lancaster PA toothaches a thing of the past. In his Dental Medicine schooling, he was in the top 10% of his graduating class and again graduated Summa Cum Laude. During this time, he also received the OKU Dental Honor Society Award, and it was at this time he knew he was about to achieve his dreams of providing first class cosmetic and Lancaster PA general dentistry for a living.
Dr. Stevens then went on to receive additional education at New York University, where he attended a ten-month maxi course for the surgical placement and restoration of dental implants. The techniques and information learned at his New York University studies have helped to establish him as an expert of Lancaster PA dental work. He is one of the youngest members to be awarded a fellowship in the International Congress of Oral Implantology and has received continued training in cosmetic/aesthetic dentistry, and still attends numerous courses to further his dental knowledge.
Dr. Stevens received hands-on training for porcelain veneers with Dr. Bill Dorfman of the hit TV show "Extreme Makeover,” which allows him to enhance any smile.
He maintains memberships in the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Academy of General Dentistry, Lancaster Seattle Study Club, Lancaster County Dental Implant Study Group, and the College of Conscious Sedation. Dr. Stevens is extremely passionate about what he does, and provides top-notch service to benefit all of the patients who come to him for any of their cosmetic, family, or Lancaster PA general dentistry needs.

Georgiann Herr
R.D.H., Dental Hygienist
Georgiann attended Northeastern University for her Associates Degree, and then went on to attend Forsyth School for Dental Hygienists, where she received her certificate for dental hygiene. She is a member of the Sigma Phi Alpha National Dental Hygiene Honor Society, which adds value to all the patients who come through Dr. Stevens's doors for all of their specific Lancaster PA dental work. In her spare time, Georgiann enjoys reading, running and spending time with friends and family. |

Aileen E. Stevens
Office Manager
Aileen was born and raised in Lancaster PA and attended West Chester University of Pennsylvania, where she received her Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice and Business. Aileen then went on to attend graduate school at Orleans Institute for court reporting. As an office manager for Dr. Steven’s Lancaster PA dental services, Aileen makes sure things run smoothly so all patients can enjoy a rewarding and peaceful experience each time they visit. Her hobbies include horseback riding, traveling, hiking, and spending quality time with her husband, daughter, son, and two dogs, Bubba and Jada. |
Debi Smoyer
Office/Treatment Coordinator
Debi was born and raised outside of Philadelphia, PA and moved to Lancaster seven years ago. She attended vocational school for Dental Assisting and has worked in many different areas of the dental field. Debi enjoys interacting with people and helping them with any dental concerns or questions they may have. In her spare time, Debi enjoys spending time with her husband and their five children. She also enjoys biking, hiking, going to the gym, reading and relaxing at the beach in Cape May. |

Alicia Laratonda
Dental Assistant
Alicia graduated from Eastern York High School in 2008. She went to Empire Beauty School for cosmotology and worked in the field for about two years. Alicia then decided to pursue a career in Dental Assisting and graduated from YTI Career Institute in 2011. Alicia also works as a personal care assistant at St. John Herr Estate in Columbia. In her free time she enjoys being with family and friends, working out, horse back riding, and going to the beach. |
Merima Kajtezovic
Dental Assistant
Merima was born in Velika Kladusa, Bosnia and moved to the US when she was 12 years old. She has lived in Lancaster since 1999. Merima graduated from Manheim Township H.S. in 2006, then a few years later, went back to school for Dental Assisting at YTI Career Institute and graduated with honors in August of 2011. Merima has a beautiful 3 year old daughter, Arihanna, who is her pride and joy. In her free time, if she gets any, is to spend time with her family but most importantly her daughter. Also, her favorite vacation spot is anywhere in Bosnia. |
